When you submit the appraisal form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address and any notes you choose to provide. This information is collected for the sole purpose of contacting you about your appraisal request and any related real estate services you ask about.

You do not have to provide this information. If you choose not to, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

Your details are used to prepare and discuss a property appraisal with you. They may be shared with the relevant Ray White office and service providers that support this website or email communications. Your information is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Any commercial electronic messages sent to you will comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and will include a way to unsubscribe.

Reasonable technical and organisational steps are taken to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
